FEE AND GUARANTEE
Our fee is charged only when a candidate accepts a job offer and you may cancel our services at any time with no obligations. Our pricing is transparent: a fixed £700 fee for salaries up to £30,000 per year and a one-time 2.5% fee for salaries exceeding £30,000 per year.
Our Recruitment Guarantee offers peace of mind. If a candidate resigns within 30 days through no fault of the employer, we provide a free replacement or a full refund, ensuring you have the time to assess their suitability.
We provide ongoing support throughout the 30-day recruitment guarantee, maintaining regular contact with both you and the candidate to ensure a smooth transition and address any concerns, reinforcing our commitment to a successful placement.

Getting started is simple. Click the button below to review and e-sign our terms and conditions, and our team will contact you with the next steps. If you’d like to discuss your needs first, contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Once we receive the signed T&Cs, we’ll create an advertising campaign to source candidates. We will request a job description, and if you don’t have one, you will be provided with an online questionnaire to gather the necessary details.
Our team will begin sending you suitable candidates and coordinate interviews or trial shifts. Acting as the intermediary, we will support the process until the candidate accepts the position and follow up to ensure a smooth transition.
